All of our recipes have been created
right here in our kitchen by our extraordinary
staff. Taveuni Island produces a bounty
of exotic fruits, vegetables, fresh
seafood and from the rainforest, harvests
of wild aromatics such as ginger and
chillis. Our staff has a rich culinary
heritage drawn from India and the
entire Pacific Rim. Through the combination
of fresh organic produce, imagination
and love of traditional cooking our
chefs have produced a dining experience
full of vibrant Pacific flavors.

boasts 3 special private dining settings
on the property, cultural theme nights
with table side cooking and our own
traditional Fijian band to accompany
your cocktail and/or dinners.
These settings and selections can
vary according to your mood, whether
it be barefoot elegance on the beach,
moonlight by the pool or candlelight
on any of our beautiful oceanfront
decks at sunset … the choice
is yours.
